A friendly reminder to please screen your child for illness/symptoms each day before they come to school (see screening tool). As COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the province and in the Belleville area, we want to keep our school safe. Visit hpepublichealth.ca and the link to "School and COVID-19". If your child has a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, decrease or loss of taste/smell, they MUST stay home and get tested or remain home for 10 days (see Screening Tool question#1). Please follow the Screening Tool for Question#2 for 24 and 48 hour withdrawal from school. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Please read the letter that HPEDSB Director of Education, Sean Monteith, has shared with school families and staff about the school year so far and future planning. https://bit.ly/3kfopi9

"Remembrance Day is a day for all Canadians to remember the men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. It is a day we encourage every individual, young and old, to pause, to give thanks and to remember." Canadian Legion ...and thanks to our creative and dedicated staff, we were able to achieve this through our virtual assembly.
We have a new outdoor learning classroom! A huge thank you to Mrs. Walsh and her husband for all of their efforts with this project (ordering and picking up all the supplies and helping with the making of it). Also a huge thank you to parents, Galen, Aaron, and Shane for all of their efforts with the making of it. This almost $600 project was fully sponsored by a local company (who wanted to remain anonymous). THANK YOU!
