fee mcgeer Wonderful experience! I called during last minute tax season and got an appointment THE SAME DAY. The owners are very polite and knowledgeable; they're eager to answer questions, explain, and re-explain information to their customers. Last but not least, they charged me less than $50, when H&R block quoted $180!!! I will be back next year and the year after. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Don Charters QUICK TAX AND ACCOUNTING - A SMALL BUSINESS? NO A GREAT BUSINESS!!! How lucky I was to notice this pigeon hole of a place which exists above Lonsdale Ave. at around 14th Ave. They have done my taxes now for the last three years and each year the service seems to get better and better.... In my latest filing - (which occurred only recently) - the very polite, attentive and personable man who served me went well above and beyond what might realistically be required of him as he personally addressed the envelope for my application for GST and also supplied the stamp!! I tried to give him a tip for his exemplary service but he would have none of it. My return was just a Mickey Mouse little form filler job for which I only paid around $50 but I think that it serves as a good indication of the way in which this business will treat all of their clients across the board. This is a very well organized business (you can tell this by, among other things, the impressively large magnetic/dry erase client schedule mounted on their wall.) The man there who served me in such an thorough and excellent manner (and whose name I wish I had made a better effort to remember, knocked off my tax return in a matter of minutes - furthermore when I called to set up my appointment I was told not to worry about bringing any documents with me - and this saved me considerable anguish and tedious time consuming searching. I came to this humble yet impessive business seeking a substitute for Block Brothers, who had treated me appallingly and who seemed bent on extracting as much money as they could from me - and - miraculously - in Quick Tax Accounting I found such an alterative! There may be an overall lesson to be learned here as outlined in the words of Tennessee Williams: - Make voyages (give something new a chance) attempt them - there’s nothing else. - or maybe it’s just like the bible says: Seek and ye shall find? - luck has to be a factor here too I think?
