Hello all, We’ve been getting a lot of inquiries as to what we are doing this year, and while we do not yet have a definitive answer, I am here to give you an update so we are all on the same page. This year, as is every year, the safety of the team members is our top priority. We are waiting until October to make our final decision as we want to make sure the schools are still running and that it is safe for us to meet as a team. Should we be running this year, here is a gli...mpse of what that will look like: Reduced meeting sizes, no more than 10 people at each meeting Students assigned to specific mentors and they will only interact with that one mentor There will be no more than 5 students assigned to one mentor per meeting and we will do our best to keep children from the same school in the same groups, limiting the interactions of students in different schools Social distancing and masks will be required, possibly gloves as well Most of the younger mentors will be taking on the in-person roles as we also want to protect our mentors who are more at risk We will send out another update when we know more, we appreciate everyone’s patience during this time and whatever decision we make will be in the best interest of the students’ health and further education.
