Hello Skating Families! We're excited to be making plans to return to skating. The Quinte Wellness Center will be reopening on September 14th with one icepad only. We are hopeful that a second icepad will be available by early October. Once our ice times are confirmed, we will be in touch with all of our members and we look forward to welcoming you back. It is with great regret we announce today that the Quinte Skating Club's Annual Carnival, "Magic on Ice" scheduled for Saturday April 4th, has been cancelled. An email has been sent to our skating families. We hope to see you again once we are back up and running. Stay Safe Everybody!

Quinte Skating Club would like to recognize and congratulate members of our club and skaters who train with our club, who qualified for the Skate Ontario Provincial Figure Skating Championships which were to be held at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (March 26th-29th, 2020). Unfortunately, due to the ongoing efforts to deal with the COVID-19 situation, the Provincial Championships have been cancelled. We support the decision of Skate Ontario. Our sincere congratulations... to Marlow Slatter and Wesley Lockwood who qualified in Pre-Novice Dance, Madison Myers in Novice Ladies, as well as, members of the Bay of Quinte Synchro Team; Wren Davis, Charlotte Green, Madison Myers and Kathleen Oliver. We know this decision is hard for you. As a club we want to acknowledge your hard work and dedication. We will find a way to celebrate your achievement as a club once we return to normal operations.

[IMPORTANT NOTICE TO QUINTE SKATERS] Dear Skaters, Parents and Guardians of Quinte Skating Club, Quinte Skating Club has been informed by the City of Belleville that effective Monday March 16th, 2020, "all programs, facility rentals and services taking place at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre will be suspended until further notice". Skate Canada has provided us with the same direction. We support these decisions as the health of our members is our number one priority. ... This means Quinte Skating Club cannot offer any programs until the facility returns to full working operation.
