"Pat Culhane was a dedicated, hard-working Registered Nurse who spent 50 years advocating for patients and supporting her coworkers at Belleville General Hospital," said Susan Rowe, Quinte Health Care Vice President of People and Strategy. "She was empathetic, honest and had a wonderful sense of humour. We are very saddened to hear of her passing and we send our deepest condolences to Pat's family and friends." The flag at Belleville General Hospital will be lowered on Friday, November 13.
