It can’t be easy taking one month worth of reservation papers out of your book and throwing them in the trash. It can’t be easy turning off your lights in the front house for the next 28 days. It can’t be easy spending your morning writing a formal message to your staff that they are temporarily laid off...yet again due to a lockdown. As a small business we are trying our best to do what we can to make our customers happy offering take out and delivery but it’s devastatin...g looking into the face of your amazing staff to tell them you are laid off...again.
