Our team is searching for an additional team member! Who Are We?: We are a construction/renovation company who completes every element of a project from excavation to the finishing touches. This will include, (but not limited to!) excavation, foundations, framing, insulation, drywall, mudding, flooring, finish carpentry, shingling, steel roofing, decking, and more! Who Are We Looking For?: We are looking for a team member who has a background in construction and/or renovation...s. This person can be independent on a job when left with specific tasks, or work well in a team. This member must be eager to learn about other trades, and be self motivated to get the job done! What Should You Expect?: You will have full-time hours, a positive work environment, and even more perks that come in addition to your wage. We provide long-term work, and need a reliable team member. Almost all projects require a heavy amount of physical labour, therefore, the ability to lift 50 lbs or more, as well as the ability to stand for 8 hours per day is a requirement. Owning your own vehicle to get to job sites is also a requirement. We travel throughout the Niagara region. What Does the Pay Look Like?: Your wage is strongly reflective of your experience. We are searching for someone with knowledge of both construction and renovations. Ideally, we would like a team member with 2 or more years of experience. These individuals will be considered more highly, and your pay will reflect. Days Off?: Our team member will most likely have both Saturday and Sunday off, unless you prefer otherwise. It's beginning to look like a warm New Year's

For those who know us well, they know that we haven't been in this game for very long. We have won 8 different categories in our first year of being nominated! We can't express how grateful we are! We are proud to be winners of the following categories: - Home Builders - Home Renovations... - Basements - Drywalling - Foundations - Roofing - Concrete - Floorings We take great pride in our business, (it's all we do LOL!), so having validation for our hard-work is truly the best gift we could ever receive. We couldn't be more appreciative, thank you!

The outside of this addition is looking pretty fabulous! What's the inside look like, you ask? You're just going to have to wait and see!

When you do an addition on a house, the only sensible thing to do is to come back and give them a patio! The slab might look completely wet to you, but it's not! This is coloured concrete, and not much more expensive than the regular, white drying concrete! The three walls were an obstacle for us... But that did not stop us from getting the job done!

This year is wrapping up quickly. We normally aren't, but we are excited for this New Year coming. Not so much for 2021, but to say goodbye to 2020. Like everyone this year, we have had a number of struggles. Not just in business, but personal as well. We hear of personal pains from our friends and family just like us, and it makes our hearts sink. Something that truly surprised us, however, was the positives that came out of this year. We have never seen a community come tog...ether so strongly to support one another like we all did this year. We never imagined the love and patience we have recieved from our clients... And we could have never imagined that this pandemic would teach us a thing or two about the true importance of life. We could not be more appreciative to all those in our lives, personal or professional, and we welcome you to celebrate with us and saying goodbye to 2020. A truly unique year. Hi friends, Katie here. As some of you know, doing concrete driveways is not my favourite thing to do. Most likely because the thought of concrete drying without it being done scares me to no end! But regardless, every so often, our team takes em' on! Now, LOOK AT THIS SQUARE FOOTAGE. 2200 SQUARE FEET! What a HUGE project for a team that does not do concrete everyday! Now, you're probably thinking, "is this girl crazy!?", "That is a terrible idea!" or, "They can never accompl...ish that!". Let me tell you something. You will never improve in life if you never push your fears back, just like they have been pushing you. If you never push your boundaries, your talents will stay stagnant. Most importantly, if you never push yourself, you will never reach your personal goals of success. Here are some tips we implemented: - BREAK OFF AS MUCH AS YOU CAN HANDLE. We knew this was too big for us to do in one go. So, we successfully poured the driveway in different pours! It is not a race. The final picture is all that matters. - DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS THAN YOUR WORTH. If something doesn't look upto our company standards, we refinish it until we are happy. With your growth, don't forget to always question your work. It's how improvements are made. - TAKE IT ALL IN! Like I said, this is not something we do often. Being a well rounded General Contractor is something we take pride in. We are overjoyed to offer everything from excavation to finishing work. When you are given the opportunity to test your weaknesses, it's an amazing feeling to perfect a project such as this. With this being said, we are very happy to offer our concrete services with any of our addition or remodeling projects. You will be so pleased with your final result, we guarantee it!
