September 11th, 2001; the day so many of us remember exactly what we were doing when we got the call, message or saw the TV broadcast of what was happening in our neighbouring country. May we never forget all those who risked their lives, lost their lives, or lost their families in this tragedy. Thank you for your services. We also want to remember what our great town of Gander, Newfoundland whom played such a huge role in helping and keeping so many people safe during this crazy time. We are so lucky to live in such a great country who in time of crisis stepped up so much, for such a small town. 09.11.2001, a day that changed the world. Try adding a handful of kale to your next smoothie! ... Here's a favourite recipe of ours! 2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 leaf kale 1 sliced frozen banana Blend spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, and kale together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth.

Happy Canada Day from all the staff here at R.A. Campbell Dentistry! We hope everyone has a great day! Stay safe! Please note, we are off today (Wednesday July 1st 2020) We will be back in the office on Thursday July 2nd 2020 at 8am, until 4pm. Friday July 3rd 2020 we will be off for the weekend, returning on Monday July 6th 2020.

A brand new office, a brand new computer system, a brand new sterilization area, charts & x-rays were now digital; everything was just so new. We were so excited to be working, but anxious all in one. June 29th 2010, the first day at this office, 112 King St. E when Dr.Campbell and his team moved to Bowmanville from Oshawa. To say weve come a long way since 2010 is such an understatement. Starting over from scratch was a huge decision but we are so glad we did this move, a...nd have been able to serve our Bowmanville community here for 10 years. We are looking forward to the next 10 years and where we will be then! A HUGE thank-you to the staff who have always been loyal to our office, you are all so appreciated much more then you know. As well as to the many patients who make the commute from all over to continue to see us regularly. Without both, we wouldnt have made it this far. Today we celebrated a bunch of birthdays that we missed due to COVID!

**OFFICE UPDATE** Our first week back of seeing emergency patients has gone amazing. We want to thank all of our patients who have made our new process an easy adjustment for all. Special thanks to our staff who are also going above & beyond to keep you safe as well as our team here. As of this week, we are seeing patients who require restorative work. Unfortunately there is still no hygiene start date as of yet. We promise to keep you posted as soon as we know when they wi...ll be returning. If you are a patient of R.A Campbell and we do not have your current email on file, please call or message us to update that as we will be keeping everyone posted via email as well on more updates within our office. Great news! Our staff here at R.A Campbell Dentistry hope that you and your family are in good health and keeping well through these trying times. The Ministry of Health has lifted restrictions with new protocols put into place and we are happy to inform you that we are now slowly opening to provide you and your family with your dental needs. With all these changes, our commitment here in our clinic is to ensure our environment is safe and healthy for all. That being said, w...e are going to be open starting on Monday June 15th 2020 for emergency patients only. During these times we will continue to follow all of our infection control standards and go above & beyond during this pandemic going forward for the safety of not only our patients, but our staff here as well. Therefore new protocols will be put into place upon your arrival in our clinic and although it may feel overwhelming at first, we assure you that we are here to keep you healthy & safe and always offer the most optimal patient care.
