I just did some stretching! I have personally learned to appreciate these workouts! Stretch my sore muscles out! Calm my mind! Stretching can also increase flexibility and I also believe it helps with muscle tone as well! It also helps improve posture it should definitely be a consistent part of any workout regimen! Now time for my superfoods!

I love my home fitness, but I also miss spin classes! Signed up for a couple in November! I am able to stick to classes more consistently. I personally find I need something designed by a trainer that I can easily follow! I can easily follow the spin class and it's a lot of fun! Not to mention burn a lot of calories! It's good to change things up sometimes!

I managed 13lbs for the first round, then dropped down to 12lbs! This entire workout I managed between 10 - 13lbs, may not be super heavy, but I finished and made sure to maintain proper form! Building muscle is a slow process and requires patience and right now I am focusing on building lean muscle! if you currently have an exercise regime, would be willing to go out of your comfort zone to try something more?
