Dear clients, although we are still not open for business,we have recieved our guidlines from the Province on how to safely move forward. The health and safety of staff and clients is of paramount importance at this time. We have always taken sanitization seriously, and will continue to do so, meeting all of the health and safety guidlines required for our industry. We ask that you please take the time to observe the following procedures and protocols. Moving forward, these ...are some of the changes that you can expect to see at your next service. * If you or anyone you reside with is experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home, let us know, we will be happy to re-book your appointment. *We will be accepting clients on an appointment only basis, there will be no walk in traffic allowed. *Please arrive alone, with consideration for disabled individuals, and those persons who require accompaniment (e.g. parent or guardian) *The front door will remain locked while services are provided. We ask that clients remain outside or in their vehicle until your service provider comes to get you. *No outside food, drink, or gifts will be allowed at this time. We will offer bottled water by request. *Please leave all non-essential belongings at home or in your car (hats, scarves ect..) Your coat and purse will stay with you. *Upon entry you will be required to sanitize your hands,phone,and to wear a mask that will be provided for you. Your service provider will direct you from here. * We ask that you do not handle any retail products, we will be more than happy to assist you with your product selection and purchase. *All of our work stations have been spaced out to give adequate physical distancing. *Only one client at reception at a time please. * We will be practicing extensive disinfecting and sanitization procedures. We have increased booking times to allow for all stations, implements, washroom, sinks, doors,and reception area to be throughly disinfected after the departure of each client. Take this time to reflect on what is really important to you. With a busy schedule it is often hard to take the time needed to ground oneself. My hope is that going forward we are able to keep in mind what is or isn't important, and maintain a sense of balance and wellbeing. While we are all chomping at the bit to get back to "normal" work, play ect, I feel that there is a huge amount of strength that we will gain from this situation. While we can't be at the salon providing services for all of our lovely clients, us girls have been keeping ourselves busy with home projects, gardening, and of course a bit of Netflix.
