Radd Cruisers 4WD Ltd. 25.01.2021

My E-Commerce site has been up and running for some time now, and is getting some attention. I have been adding items since the spring and the advent of the Covid-19. Lately I have added a number of items supporting the Toyota 3B engine, and there are more items on the way. Oil Cooler gasket sets have been assembled in house after many requests, and keep checking for more 3B support upcoming. ... And general updates - check the front page for some of the latest parts I've added, including ACL Race Series Connecting Rod Bearings, 1HDT Turbo oil drains, Land Cruiser 80 series high output alternators, and other items. I will also be bringing out a line up of Canadian made winch ropes and related items, like soft shackles and extension ropes under the LaserLines name. LaserLines will be made in Canada with rope fiber that’s produced in the USA . Check it all out on: radd-cruisers.shoplightspeed.com/

An update on what's happening at Radd Cruisers 4WD. After much consideration, and with the presentation of a great opportunity, I decided to sell the location that Radd Cruisers was operating from in Duncan. ... This means that lot of changes are afoot; there is now no longer a repair shop associated with Radd Cruisers - and - I am answering calls for parts, along with technical questions for the time being. It's pretty overwhelming at times. I am trying to figure out a sustainable way to offer my knowledge and experience to the Land Cruiser, 4WD, and JDM community, sell the parts I import to support my friends and clients, yet at the same time find the life balance I've been seeking for the past several years. It's a transition... and it's going to take some time to figure out. If there's anyone out there with loads of experience in online business and how to make it work well, I'd love to hear from you. In the mean time, I have rather daunting backlog of emails and phone messages I'm trying to tackle them as best as I can and I'm appreciative of everyone's patience. It's a big job, this has always been a fairly small, locally run business, yet many of our clients don't understand how hard it is to stay (sort of) sane and still provide some semblance of service with all the demands being made of my time and that of my former employees' time. A lot of what has pushed me in this direction, of closing my shop, is that very thing - so many demands being made of my time and knowledge, such that I can't make a living helping people who are looking for free help all the time and who didn't support the business aspect of things that fueled all of this. I'm not upset, it's just that I want my life back more than anything else. For those who have been incredibly supportive of these recent changes and have helped with the difficult task of packing it all up, as well as those who have been supporting Radd Cruisers over the years, I'd like to express my most sincere gratitude. Thank you SO much, you're awesome. In the meantime, my phone lines are forwarding to my cell phone, and I'm doing my best to help... but it's still a pretty demanding job at times. Cheers, John Barron and the former team at Radd Cruisers.
