This a cake representing a young teen. Her love for Makeup, Skateboarding, Sunflowers and Cherry Blossoms amongst a few things. I tried to incorporate these things as best as I could. A moist, soft and spongy Chocolate sponge layers filled with delicious Chocolate Ganache which was topped with Roasted Almonds for extra nutty flavour. Colours I used were her favourites. This cute cake was for a Baby Shower. it was accompanied with matching cupcakes too. It was constructed with moist layers of Vanilla Sponge cake and filled with mildly sweet Vanilla flavoured Swiss Meringue Buttercream and finally covered with the neutral colours yellow and gray. The little Elepant cake topper has a little Umbrella and the top tier is covered with a Stork with it’s delivery, a Rocking Horse, a Rattle, a Teddy , a Stroller,a cuddly and a Nappy Pin all referring to babies !!!
