TENDU TUESDAY! If you’re a frequent visitor to the RAD Rise schedule, you may have noticed some new additions! We are constantly adapting our classes in coordination with the latest health and safety guidelines, to keep our community moving safely together. One of our new class additions is Adult Beginner/ Inter. Ballet! You can now join us on Tuesdays from 10:00am - 11:00am to work on your technique in a joyful, supportive environment! ... Class is designed with a progressive structure, moving from barre exercises to low-intensity centre work. Focus is on building classical foundations, and also provides variations for the more advanced dancer. Limited space available In- Studio, or dance with us Virtually! #turnouttuesday

Welcome back RAD Risers! Classes resume TOMORROW, Monday January 4th. IN-STUDIO classes are back! ... We are thrilled to be welcoming you safely into the studio for an adapted schedule of *low-intensity* classes. Be sure to check out our full schedule for class deets as well as new, additional classes too! All classes will continue to be offered VIRTUALLY via live-stream link. We hope you all enjoyed some time off during the holidays to recharge and prep for January. We’re ready for you! LET’S MOVE!

TA - TA 2020! We are thrilled to be putting you in our rear-view! Here’s our little rendition of Baby, It’s Cold Outside sung by duet partners: 2020 and 2021 (lyrics by yours truly, @josiejakski ) ... I really can’t stay, (baby it’s been a tough year) I gotta go away, (been wearing masks all year) This season has been, (my head is in constant spin) So very long, (haven’t hugged my friend since 12 months gone) I want to take class in studio, (it’s tricky beside the bedroom window) My yoga mat is bolted to the floor, (listen to my children roar) Rad Rise is my only saviour, (my willpower is starting to waver) They really know how to work my core, (must continue for evermore) The neighbours might think, (they’re getting fit upstairs) Say click on the link, (to follow the class up there) I wish I knew how, (we’re socially distant now) To break the spell, (so much sanitizer in my skin cells) I ought to say no, no, parties, (that’s correct, don’t be naughty) At least I’m gonna say that I tried, (we have to stay safe and inside) I really can’t stay, (good cuz we want you gone) BABY IT’S TWENTY TWENTY-ONE!
