"Cracked"! We hear it all the time from New Practice Members beginning care at our office. "Doc. I can't wait to GET CRACKED!" While we appreciate the enthusiasm we gotta get one thing straight. ... Eggs get cracked. YOU get ADJUSTED. There is a big difference. We get it. The sounds you hear during an adjustment might sound like a crack but it's more of a "Pop" .
