This was the most amazing challenge! Not only did we raise a whopping $1000 for breast cancer!! The battle for points was awesome! We had girls coming to 2, 3, 4, even 7 classes A DAY!! to beat each other out. These women all stayed so consistent right to the end (even on vacation) and kept the fun and the momentum going even through all these shut downs and restrictions! Their eating was on point with the help and guidance from the lovely Kelly Gifford - Personal Trainer and it was just such a great time!! So happy and proud of all of you! You all did so so well!

If you don’t have a plate, use a Kettle Bell or maybe a textbook!

Following the mandatory bi-law we will be asking members to wear your mask upon entering the gym and in the boot room and change rooms. Once you’ve reached your station you are able to remove it for your workout. Thank you for understanding Railtown

We are following suite with other Group Fitness Facilities in Grande Prairie and moving to an ‘Open Gym’ Concept with individual workout stations for the next 2 weeks to comply with additional restrictions and health regulations. This will be starting November 16, 2020. Times will to be scheduled throughout the day in 45min booking windows with a capacity limit of 12. And I will be adding a few more times to make up for smaller capacity. There will be a workout on the board ...to use if you’d like to and suggestion cards at each individual workout station. We will still be following all physical distancing and disinfecting rules that were already in place before and after each station use! You will still be required to wear a mask into the building and on your way to your individual workout station. Please stay in your vehicle until right before your designated time as you will be directed into the building and to an individual workout station one at a time. I’m doing everything in my power to help you guys stay on track with your challenge and meet your goals! See you all Monday!!!!! UPDATE: I had to move to 30minute booking windows with 10 capacity!
