[email protected] Rainbow wishes to take the opportunity to thank the almost 100 clients who attended this past weekend to complete their on-site gown and accessories purchases. All outstanding confirmed in-store gown or accessories purchases will be delivered/completed this upcoming Saturday, November 22 by appointment only. If you do not collect your on-site goods you will be deemed to have abandoned them. Every email from concerned customers to [email protected] will be answered in order of priority to upcoming wedding date. Be sure to provide the specific details of wedding party, gown colour/style/ and the various codes on the receipt issued by Rainbow so as to ensure accurate and timely reply. Facebook comments of all sorts, while interesting to read, are not the method by which Rainbow or the trustee is/are addressing concerns no matter how legitimate. Consult your Rainbow receipt and contact the relevant manufacturer (the information is in previous posts by Rainbow), almost all of whom have agreed to honour the purchase. They will advise how to complete your order, not Rainbow. In the alternative, contact your credit card issuer and cancel your order. If you paid by debit or cash, your option is to complete your sale with the manufacturer or to walk away from your deposit.
