#recipe alert! #yummy #wintersoup Base: About a cup each or (as little or as much as you like) Finely chopped parsley, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, cilantro, tomatoes.... 1. Saute in a medium pot until softened 2. add in 2 cups of chickpeas and saute for a few more minutes 3. add in a cup of rinsed red lentils 4. let your inner chef loose and season as you wish...I used cumin, turmeric, ginger, white pepper and salt 5. add 6 cups of water or stock and bring to a rolling boil for about 10 minutes 6. reduce heat and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes 7. scoop out and #enjoy!!!
