We started out by making a duplicate template,to size and off we went............ Yes,WE do make standard and custom cut pickguards .We're set up here in our own shop with the needed jigs & tooling to cut pickguards from sheet blanks,or modifying your existing guard to accomodate some different pickup cutouts,right down to the bevelled edges to highlight the plies and countersunk screw holes. if you want to replace that faded ,bubbled or badly scratched up pickguard If you need to replace that flimsy one that has shrunk or"curling" off your acoustic,we can custom make you a thicker one to upgrade your guitar.
