In Art Making and Energy, learn how meditation techniques can be ...used to enhance your creative expression and art making. Joanne will share meditation techniques that extend beyond your art practice to all areas of your life. Coming up on Sunday November 1, from 2-4:30 pm. Cost of the workshop is $50, and includes all materials. I am teaching a workshop and 6 week class series through Tilted Brick Gallery, Art Space in Creston BC. The workshop is in the afternoon on Nov 1st. My Trainin...g Includes Art and Energy Work and Healing. I have decided to combine my skills and offer this workshop and classes for those who are interested in how Energy Work can help you in your art practice. In the 6 week class series you will learn, grounding, centering , running your energy and cleansing your chakras ( or energy centres). We will make art and use our energy techniques to enhance our art while practicing self healing. I’m really excited to offer this in my community. See more
