Raj Napal From Brampton Ontario 17.11.2020

What To Do To Help Your Chances Of Winning Court Cases Myself, Raj Napal has been dealing with the legal system for decades for the UK and Canada. The first thing you must focus on is "mentality" of the law. The Canadian, US or ANY country does not like Liars. If you are pressing charges against someone who has committed a crime against you, then you need to be upfront about the situation. I always tell me clients. Here are some things you need to make sure that you do NOT do.... 1. Do not exaggerate the situation even a little bit. If you think you can get a way with a few little extradition points then you may be in for a surprise. Do not do this 2. Do not try to forge witnesses to strengthen your case. Governments hire trained psychologist, detectives etc who are well versed at finding out if the person is telling a lie or the truth. If you think you can grab a friend to lie for you, you are mistaken. If you are caught doing this, you will be flagged in the eyes of the law. Think about it, if you are suing the person for a crime he did against you, you are already confident that you will win. 3. Do not change what you have told the court. Be sure that you carefully plan what you have say. What you "think" is clear to the court, but be unclear to the judge. Be as descriptive as possible. What You MUST Do 1. Say the TRUTH at all times. If you are the person suing, do not lie. 2. Present ALL evidence you have. Even if you think to yourself that this bit of evidence is too small and won't affect anything, present it anyway. A lawyer like myself is trained to relay the facts to the court in a manner that will strengthen your case to the maximum. 3. Remain calm at all times when speaking in the court. My clients ask me, "Raj Napal, I am nervous because I am afraid I might screw up or say something that will hurt my case, how do I cope?". I tell them, you already know what you have done and you know the situation in and out, be confident and calm and voice everything you can. 4. Be courteous to the opposition. Let the person you are suing, say his/her part and act professional. If you are confident that your saying the truth, you don't need to over-react.
