This year the downtown trick or treat is cancelled. I know lots of kids and parents are disappointed. Some aren't even going trick or treating this year. Raku wanted to help make this a special day and a fond memory for our brave little customers. Before you head out in the cold, warm up with our ramen and get a special treat on Halloween day.
