Do you set a renovation budget when doing a #brrrr? How closely do you stick to it? or it’s just #’s? We set an $80,000 budget for the current #renovationproject . Got a few quotes and some final invoices and it looks like we will be cutting it close!

Striped down to the foundation! This project is going to require a lot of cash but hopefully it will come with great return on the investment. When it’s done it should feel brand new.
