Dear valued customers, As of Monday, March 30th 2020 we will re-open with reduced hours to ensure the safety and health of our customers and staff. Our hours w...ill be Monday to Friday 9:00am-4:00pm for the time being. We understand that we are an essential service and we want to ensure that our customers have access to their vehicles and can have them serviced or repaired in order to get around safety and efficiently for the duration of this crisis. As of today we are still answering phone lines for questions or emergencies. Below are some additional ways we are working to mitigate the risk to you and our employees: -We encourage our customers to use the non- contact drop off through our key drop off box day or night. You can park your car out in front of service, drop off keys in our key drop box and call our service team to speak with them over the phone. In addition, you can make payment by credit card over the phone before pick up and the vehicle will be left out front with keys in it for an arranged time during our regular business hours. -We have implemented the social distancing guidelines laid out by the government. Please see attached photos. - For customers that have services booked, we are able to service your vehicle as scheduled, however we encourage you to reschedule if you are not feeling well. -We will continue to take precautions to wash down steering wheels, gear selectors, keys etc as well as taking preventative measures at our shop.
