During this lockdown all memberships will be placed on hold, no charges of membership fees. We will be going on line with 2 free classes per week. The hour-long classes will be for exercise, basics and katas and will resume on January 5th, 2021. I will try to do my best to keep everybody engaged during the class but when you come to a drill or kata that you don't know you can watch or exit the session. Family members are welcome to join in and get some exercise, maybe even ...find a new interest. Hopefully we won't be locked down longer than 28 days. Fingers crossed. Once the lockdown is over the members that were in-class training will have first choice to return to in class training. All online members will have the choice to restart our online membership fees of $50 per month (+tax) or place their memberships on hold for $20 per month (+tax) holding fee or cancel.

Greetings to all. We will be closed for the Christmas season. From December 24 to January 4. We would like to wish all our members and friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New. Thank you all for helping to keep us going. Let's hope the new year brings health and happiness to us all. Cheers

We will be entering the red zone as on Monday Nov. 16th. Classes will be limited to 9 students plus instructor. 3 meter spacing. Once we have reached 9 student per class we will stop registrations. We will adjust classes as necessary to keep classes as small as possible. Masks must be worn at all times.

Our new 2020 fall schedule. All Covid-19 safety rules are in place and please remember to wear a mask.

We are starting "Return to Play" in August. Come Dressed for class ( t-shirts are still ok till Sept.) Wear a face mask, no yelling, no contact, washrooms are for emergencies only. No spectators. All classes are limited to the first 9 students to book it. Tuition fees will restart in September for those students that wish to reserve their space for in classroom training (email [email protected] to reserve your space). Online classes will continue as a follow along traini...ng and will continue to be free. As the demand for training continues, we will be adding more classes. Weapons classes will resume in September or October depending on the number of students returning. Full school outline will be coming soon. We will be following the OKF Return to play. The first 2 weeks of August (Aug. 5 & 12) will be for Black Belt grading group. It will be on Wednesday 6:00 to 7:30. Starting on August 18th the summer classes will be White to Orange belts Kids 5:30-6:15 Purple to brown belts 6:45-7:30 Adults all belts 8:00 - 9:00 September Schedule will follow soon based on the demand for classes.

We at Rampulla's Martial Arts have stopped all classes as of March 16th, 2020. As a precaution to the Covid-19 outbreak, we have decided to go online. We are currently live streaming our classes online with our students. We will now be offering a free half hour family fitness class starting Monday and Wednesday morning March 23rd at 10:30 to the residence of Georgetown. if successful we'll do another Wednesday as well and then weekly.
