A big congratulations to Rancheros very own Drayden Smith who received the Dan Botkin Memorial scholarship today from the Enderby Fire Department. There were many of the Ranchero team on hand to support him. Did you know that Drayden is one of 6 high school students enrolled in RDCFDs Junior Fire Fighter Program. Congratulations Drayden!

The CSRD extends its congratulations to Daryl Arychuk of the Ranchero Deep Creek Fire Department on his retirement with Sean Coubrough, CSRD Fire Service Coordinator, presenting him with a certificate and 35-Year Exemplary Service Bar. But Daryl isn't leaving altogether. He will still be volunteering with the Shuswap Emergency and FireSmart programs. The Award was presented at CSRD Offices on Wednesday Jan 15/ 2020
