You can negotiate with home builders ! Wild right. Home builders are always willing to work together with you (the client) - but at the end of the day - everything is in their favour. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year we ALL deserve! This year has been a number of triumphs and struggles for a lot of people. I’ve watched parents raise new babies without help, and friends lose jobs, but, I have also seen colleagues of mine reach mile high goals ! This year was crazy, especially in real estate! On that note, I really want to note how significant this year was for me and my family. We raised our new son - a small infant at the beginni...ng of 2020, and a toddler during a global pandemic. I can honestly tell you, some days were a little wild, and most definitely hard. Luckily for us, my husband survived the oilfield industry through it all, which I know many families who were not fortunate enough to say the same. My love for my family has grown exponentially through all of this. The love for myself has too. I can do more then I ever expected of myself Ive now realized. We we through the highs and lows of covid, like everyone else. Work wise, for me, I ended off the year working a few months in the fall with some amazing clients. These people all take a chance on me and I truly thank you, thank you, thank you, for all your support and faith in me. Its not always an easy decision to move, sell, and buy - whatever the reason may be - I’m there for my clients. In their court, 200%. It makes my heart happy you all chose me to be your person. In 2021, I’m wanting to break personal boundaries, and do some growth for myself. I have so many things coming up I’m so excited to share ! For now - my biggest news - I’m the newest member of eXp Realty! I’m so excited for this next adventure.
