If we want to encourage people to live as well as work in this community, we need to ensure it remains accessible and affordable. Many other municipalities have embraced creative and innovative ways to keep their populations inclusive to varrying household incomes. We should be looking at these solutions to see if they could be a fit for our town. Higher density, options for rentals and zoning reviews are going to be key moving forward to ensure that our kids can raise their kids here, and so that our parents can remain in the community they love.
