'There is no passion to be found playing small and settling for a life that is less than the one you're capable of living" those are some amazing words to live by After giving it some thought, I can proudly say I am so amazed by the results I was able to accomplish through 3 years of consistent hard work at the gym. The first image is a comparison of me when I started vs where i am now. I started my journey about three years ago at 125 pounds. I couldnt have imagined sitting ...at 200+ pounds now. The picture of the right side is me a few months at 212 pounds. The 3rd slide shows me 3 to 6 months of being consistent at the gym, and I weighed 135-140 pounds. I was 15 pounds heavier in a small amount of time. When I started at the gym, I invested time into learning about nutrition and proper gym training. I was able to gain quickly because of that knowledge. Of course, genetics and newbie gains had a lot to do with it but regardless of that my work ethic made me train harder and eat day by day. I didn't have rapid gains of weight all the time, though. Some of the hardest times I had was being stuck at a few loads. I would be stuck at 160 and 180 for months but I kept at it and was able to continously grind. That is what makes me reliable and creates my drive to push myself beyond my own limits. The final slide shows me at 212 pounds 3 months ago and I couldn't be more amazed at myself but Im not even close to being done, Im ready to overcome more obstacles and become even bigger and leaner. I gained a little more than 80 pounds in a few years, but that's not all muscle i know that along with muscle tissue comes fat, but I can proudly say my shifted mindset has changed me so much and I'm not even 20 yet.
