Rapid Response Restoration is excited to announce that two of our staff members are going to become parents! To celebrate, we had a gender reveal with cupcakes. Stephanie will be welcoming a beautiful baby girl and Kenna’s baby will remain a surprise until the end. Congratulations to both ladies, we couldn’t be happier.

The cold weather is coming! We had a good run with warm weather this winter, however it seems it may be coming to an end next week. If you find yourself in a situation of burst pipes causing flooding, contact us at 403-295-4693 and one of our knowledgeable staff members will be glad to assist you through the process. www.rapid-response-restoration.com

Being a well rounded Technician in Disaster Restoration is a challenging profession and unfortunately, the position does not always receive its due credit. To become a great Restoration Technician takes dedication, hard work in the field, as well as training and certification through our governing body, the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). An individuals journey may begin by attending the Water Restoration Technician course (WRT); this ...sets the foundation for knowledge in remediating water claims. At Rapid Response, we teach our staff that the water that is visible on surfaces is the easy water, which can and should be addressed immediately. Then, trained Technicians investigate, track and map where the water originated and what paths it travelled before arriving at its final destination. This process can be very involved, as water likes to find any crevasse it can! This is where experience can play a large role, along with the proper tools. Technician’s are trained with state of the art equipment to detect moisture and are educated to make decisions on how to best dry affected building materials and structures. Finding the hidden water is where they excel. In addition, Technicians must also consider the safety of the site, clients and their fellow staff. Aside from water claims, Technicians also deal with a variety of other types of losses such as fire, trauma scene clean up, mold remediation and much, much more! www.rapid-response-restoration.com
