Unsure of how to end a contract in light of COVID-19? Here are some suggestions: Re-consider your cancellation policy and determine if you enforce it on a case by case basis. If you strictly provide a service, give a refund to those who cancel before any service is rendered. If you provide a product and have not purchased any materials, provide a full refund. If you have purchased materials, consider giving the clients the materials in lieu of a refund (ex. a caterer giving $50 worth of food purchased instead of the $50 deposit which was already used).
