All City’s need to be doing this. Banning all poisons doesn’t matter the strength, all should be gone. One dead raptor (owl, hawk, eagle) means 1000-1500 rodents still running around, per dead raptor! Killing raptors via secondary poisoning is not the answer, it is a part of the rodent explosion problem!
