A post from one of my appointments this week. Today I had an appointment with Rhonda McGinn @ Rare Remedies of the West Coast, which left me ready to stand tall, and take on the world with more positivity than I’ve had in a long time. We did PSYCH-K. PSYCH-K is a spiritually based healing modality which works with the subconscious mind, changing beliefs that no longer serve you, into beliefs that are in alignment with your conscious goals. My subconscious gave me permission... to make certain changes and goals I’ve feared making, and lead me to the reasons I have held back for so long. I felt so accomplished, and excited when I left. Both feelings I have struggled with lately. What we accomplished mentally for me today, I’ve been working on for weeks with a councillor. The best part was how comfortable it all was. I didn’t have to talk about anything! No sharing of negative experiences or situations. The subconscious communicates differently. To any of my friends that need guidance with anxiety, relationships, health and body ailments, and so much more, please go have this done. She started me on the Chi machine which took 10 minutes, and gave me a really great feeling of relaxed muscles, and a straight, elongated spine and body. It’s absolutely amazing for blood flow and circulation. Then the foot detox! Holy moly! I regret waiting so long to have this done. The soak takes about 30 minutes, and the toxins expelled from your body will de...finitely amaze you. I’m so grateful to Rhonda McGinn for suggesting this. Just knowing that these toxins are no longer inside of my body is huge! I’m very embarrassingly sharing a picture of the water you can see what I mean!
