Starting today, July 31, it is mandatory to wear a mask in a public place- including restaurants. Q: When will you wear a mask within a restaurant? A: When entering or leaving or at any time walking around (ex. Going to the restroom). You do not have to wear a mask while sitting at your table (how else would you be able to enjoy all that yummy food?!)... Stay safe and protect yourselves and others

DINE IN WITH US We will be opening our restaurant doors back up to the public for dine in service as of tomorrow, June 5 and will be doing so under our regular weekly hours. We have taken new measures based on provincial guidelines and trained our staff to ensure safety for all. All tables will be seated 2 meters apart. In addition to intensifying our regular cleaning procedures, we have set up sanitization stations and introduced additional staff, trained and dedicated towar...ds resetting and sanitizing of tables and chairs after each use. We will continue to monitor our procedures and improve them as needed. Everyone here at Rasa is very excited to welcome back all our guests as we get used to the new normal. Dear Healthcare workers, As most of you that follow our accounts know, we had to put a pause on free meals this past week. We have reassessed and decided to keep these meals on pause for another week, while waiting for the time when it will be needed more. We at Rasa want to do everything we can to help those who are helping others, but need to do it smart as to not run out of resources.... Dear Healthcare Workers, We have been receiving a lot of orders and our team has been working hard to assure we can serve all of you during this difficult time, however, for the coming week we will be putting a pause on our free meal promotion. Update for take out and deliveries: As of today (March 26), we will be changing our take out and delivery times due to the high volume of orders and shortage of staff. Orders for healthcare workers can now be placed between the hours of 12pm - 2pm for lunch and 5pm - 7pm for dinner. This will allow us to better accommodate each of you ... We will also be closing on Sundays until further notice to better accommodate with the staff we have. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To all Rasa and Sura customers, with concern to COVID 19, we would like to take a moment of time to ensure everyone that in addition to our regular cleaning, we are taking extra precautions to ensure safety for all our customers and staff. Any staff member feeling symptoms of flu have been advised to stay home. All menus, card machines and bill folders are sanitized after use, along with furniture and woodwork being sanitized more often and our seating is placed at a safe distance to facilitate social distancing.
