I spent the day in Victoria with some of my sweetest girlfriends. You know the kind that are lifers? The ones you know that no matter where you end up they will always be there? Ya, those I’m currently feeling very grateful for the wonderful friends I have and am determined not to take our time together for granted. If one good thing results from this pandemic, I hope it’s that we appreciate our loved ones even more, hug them a little longer and a little tighter, and tell them more frequently what we love about them. : @masikamayphotography

We can source high quality linens, cutlery, chairs, tables, candles/candle holders, stationary and vases that all blend together cohesively with your flowers to tell your love story in mood and design. How I do it: We chose key descriptor words for what you as the client wants your event to FEEL like. Selecting vendors that contribute to enhancing that feeling is key. These words also help narrow down an overwhelming amount of decor and style options to what really fits you both as a couple and helps tell your story. I love making flat lays; I find it so therapeutic. I’m going to make more now that flowers are a regular occurrence around our home. I think if I were to do one at least once a month I’d have these little snippets of each season at the end of the year. Something about that idea makes my heart happy ... Also what a fun way to use up flowers that are past their sellable life. You could also make one with all pressed flowers and put it in a pretty glass frame. I think that would be so lovely See more
