Today I had a moment. I felt sad, worried and defeated. I had a big cancellation and I immediately panicked. I thought what am I doing, am I even good enough, how am I gonna do this in a market that’s extremely saturated with photographers .... I had a full on pity party for myself. ... But you know what, I am an entrepreneur. I have been for 10 years now. I built my first business from nothing and 5 years later I had built it into something someone wanted to buy! I sold my business and started another. And here I am 5 years after that, starting a new business. In the middle of a pandemic Am I a little crazy? Maybe. But I think it’s my wild side that feeds my creative passion. It’s what keeps me going, well that and coffee LOL. So today after I had my pity party I wrote to myself in my journal. I told myself that I can do this. I am not a quitter. It’s not going to be easy, but it’s what I want and it’s worth it. I will continue to grow and learn and I will do my best. Looking back I can see just how far I have come with my photography in such a short time.
