The Rawsa logo has changed to a vibrant new look! We still make our famous Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free and Sugar free cheesecakes.Many of our new desserts are now nut free! Brand new raw treats like the raspberry macaroons , blueberry lemon cupcake, pure energy bomb, and dream cream mini cakes have been flying off our table!... Each week we alternate with the wildly popular raw goji brownies or the chocolate ganache tarts topped with strawberries. Rawsa has expanded and we are now offering delicious and nutritious meals! Prices range from $8- $12. The amazing Kale Chips will be available in July.The kale is harvested from a local farmer near Nelson.

Rawsa.. vegan raw cheesecakes will be at the first Cottonwood Market for the season Saturday May 14! I will be close to the stage beside Kootenay Soap.Old favourites like Raspberry Chocolate, Blueberry Lime Acai, Strawberry Shortcake and Orange Chocolate!
