We've changed our billing inquiry workflow to ensure faster replies. For all billing inquiries that previously went to [email protected], please now contact [email protected]. Things like, making a payment, have an invoice resent, have an invoice corrected, etc. Cheers!

E-mail spam filters are funny creatures. It's tricky to balance blocking all the bad stuff without blocking any of the good stuff. When your organization or I.T. team rolls out a new spam filter, be patient with them and know it may take a few weeks before it works as expected.

FYI, our techs are required to wear masks on-site. When booking a service call, let us know if your organization has any additional protocols we should follow. We've also been having the office sanitized frequently since March. All computers that come in our office are cleaned thoroughly before sending back out.
