Extended Provincial Lockdown January 8, 2021 As you know, Premier Ford has extended the Grey Lockdown in Northern Ontario until Saturday, January 23, 2021. Foll...owing this directive along with guidance from Algoma Public Health, please be advised of the following: Impact to students (SSM campus) Employees may only access the campus/Sault College property for an essential purpose. The study room will be closed during the lockdown and some on-site personnel will be working from home; however, all on-site classes and online classes will continue as planned for the winter semester. Impact to Academic Delivery This extended lockdown will have no impact to classes being taught virtually (online) or scheduled practical learning, including apprenticeship training students should continue to follow their prescribed class schedule unless advised otherwise by your program area Impact to Student Campus Services: Sault College SSM campus will be open for practical learning needs only the internet study area will not be accessible to students.
