Due to our rising covid number in the community, I will be cancelling food orders until the number decreases. I practice porch drop off and limit interaction, but to protect all my customers and my family, I’m going to choose to close for now. Thank you to everyone for their understanding and patience! In the meantime - I’m going to share some fabulous recipes, workout ideas, and small lessons on portion control, healthy snacks... and anything else our group needs help wit...h! I care about each of you! Stay safe, help stop the spread of the Covid 19!

I have 2 Basic Berry smoothies extra... made with frozen Berry, banana, almond milk, Udo oil, with added protein and collagen. $10, I can add Spirulina probiotics, and açai Berry at a cost of $1.50 each (based on the cost of each package - it’s expensive I know )... (Spiruline which is, in my opinion, the highest plant base protein.... )
