We know that diversified portfolios are a good idea but diversifying your relationships could reduce your leverage to get things done in the future. https://youtu.be/x0--5azJU4Y

Canadian Pre-Budget Committee talking about will interest rates go up. The discussion wasn't definitive however its sounding like the Government is backing itself into a corner, not able to raise rates even if they wanted to because of excessive debt. My guess is the rates will stay low for a long time to come. https://www.facebook.com/PierrePoilievreMP/videos/396912974713300/
QUESTION: The balancing act: containment vs. recovery and how will that effect your Mortgage? - Equities rallied on election results, vaccine hopes - European e...conomies going back into lockdown - Canada and US more reluctant to tighten restrictions but COVID trends are concerning - BoE and RBA add stimulus; ECB will in December - BoC and Fed generally staying the course ANSWER: With Bank of Canada holding rates at lows Variable mortgages are crazy low and even switching pay paying a penalty to do so can make sense. Don't miss this opportunity, contact me. See more
