It's #bellletstalkday and with that I remind you, it's okay to not be okay. I can admit. I'm not okay every day. Dealing with the demons that come along with Post Partum Depression and Birth Trauma have taken a toll on me the last 8 or so months. And even before having a baby I delt with issues, and I wasn't always okay. It wasnt till having a baby where I knew I was REALLY not okay. And that is okay. ... Recognizing your not okay is the first step. And there is nothing wrong with taking medication to help. I mean, you take medication when you have a head ache? So why should this be any different? Being put on medication has done absoutly wonders for me. I'm not 100% sure if I would be here if I didn't go on medication. And while getting exercise and eating right, and taking care of yourself helps. It's not the be all end all. If anyone ever needs to talk, my inbox is always open. This is a judgement free zone. And I remind you, it's okay, to not be okay. See more

FINALLY!! I've been waiting what seems like forever for these new blanks from @boppermetalsupply on etsy to arrive in the mail! I can't wait to try them out!!

New design for the cuff bracelets! This was suppose to be launched with the rest of my Hometown Series but my stamps I needed didn't come in time.
