From our friends at the Digital Inclusion Challenge: The upcoming digitalinclusionchallenge.orgwhich brings together an impressive array of experts and speakers around the topic of digital education and inclusion. We are hosting a virtual #DigitalInclusionChallenge which brings together 150 student teams from around the world to create solutions that address issuesfaced by the education sector, effectively following the spirit of a Hackathon. After a series of presentation...s by industry leaders to facilitate knowledgeexchange, teams will then have 10 days to ideate their solutions before the top 10 shortlisted teams present to our esteemed panel of judges. Theinitiativeis looking for Education Mentors to help advise and guide the student teams during the Challenge with regular check-ins. This will entail responding to some emails and the potential for some remote calls assistance during the timeframe (23rd Oct-1st Nov) at your discretion and availability. The organisation will be hugely grateful for your assistance to facilitate all 150 teams in the competition, otherwise they may need to further refine the number down once more.
