Holidays are over. We are officially back to our regular schedule. So tomorrow kids class 5pm. Advanced no gi 6pm. Fundamental no gi 7pm.

-= QUINTET CHALLENGE ANNOUNCEMENT =- We're VERY happy to reveal the academies participating in the Spring Classic Quintet Challenge!! Team RDC Jiu Jitsu Academy... will pit their 5 man team VS Team Pacific Top Team Martial Arts Kelowna 's team of 5 (Clarification: The PTT Team will only have their members from the Kelowna locations. Not from all of Pacific Top Team.) This will be the first installment of the BC Quintet Challenge and will crown the winning team as the first BC Quintet Challenge Champions!! Teams will compete in a NoGi Quintet styled bracket where their teams must be under a combined 900 lbs. and are only allowed 1 Black Belt each. Every match is sub only and if there is no submission, both competitors are out!! Last team standing wins! Make sure to come and support and register to compete at the link in the comments!
