It is with deep sadness and regret that I post this here. Many of you may already know that we lost a most beloved teacher and friend in Bill Foster earlier this week. Here are the specifics released this afternoon. Bill will be so very dearly missed. William Charles (Bill) Foster Suddenly at home as a result of a heart attack on Monday, February 29, 2016 in his 56th year. Beloved son of Joan and the late John. Loving brother of Bob (Kathy), Peter (Bonnie) and Scott (Diane). ...Cherished uncle of Kurtis (Stephanie), Craig (Jessica), Hillary, Brad, Tanner, Shawn and Brandon. Bill will also be missed by many family and friends. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, March 4 at 11a.m, followed by reception. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bill Foster Sports Legacy Award at Rockland District High School would be appreciated. See more
