RDL Construction

This one was a HUGE Renovation! I Must say i was very impressed with the clients living through this one. We basically took every supporting wall on the main floor and replaced them with beams to be able to adjust the floor plan. We even had to remove existing steel beams and replace them with LVL's as well. We sunk the 16" 30' 4 ply LVL into the floor system to save as much head room as we could. We moved a bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room from one place and ...put it in a different place of the main area! With all this comes with moving electrical, plumbing and HVAC as well. We also replaced all the windows on the main floor, even made one bigger. Complete gut of the first floor! We work very well together. My sub-trades that i trust with my projects. Things done right! No point in spending all that money and not protecting your investment by skipping steps in your waterproofing. Simple but affective!

It's been a busy couple of months to get to this point of my new build! More pictures to come as we complete more things!

Extreme Makeover? I would say so. Not only did we take down the monstrous deck that was an eye sore to look at it, but we've flipped this backyard upside down and sideways, shook it up and BANG! This was a very fun project to work on. Amazing landscaping that ties in from the front of the house right to the back. Hot tub is coming and what a spot to put it! The deck will be "lit up" at night time with these lights on the stairs. You wouldn't even know that there was an existi...ng pool. Not only that, but hidden fastening system use for the deck boards. That's right, no screws showing on the top of the deck. Horizontal skirting, wrap around stairs, stairs lights, aluminum railings and a beauty of a design! Landscaping was done by Natural Design Landscaping. Were booking outside work for spring of 2020 already! If you are thinking of getting something done next year, don't wait!
