Its been awhile since I have posted... It has been a whirlwind the past little bit and I took a break. I want to be more present here because the whole point of this was to bring daily positivity and spiritual growth inspiration. . I had some hardships the past couple months. It's very important to feel the feelings and continue to shine through it while coming out on the other side brighter and stronger because of it. .... I've learned recently while having gone through some emotional things this month that nature really does help immensely. . I've found that it's a natural stress reliever, clears your mind, and the fresh air just calms the soul. Walking in silence with your thoughts can be so healing ....
