To every healer and healing heart. Please do not lose yourself in these challenging times. Please take a moment every now and again to remember who you were ...before this storm began to brew. Please remember the important work that you were doing and the meaningful connections you were making... both within you and all around you. Please remember that energy flows where the focus goes and that sensitive hearts have been following your example and are still focused on you now. Please spread love, not fear. Please help me spread love whenever possible to support struggling hearts and minds. These are anything but easy times. Please remember how many hurting hearts are looking to us without the healthy mindsets, tools and skills that we have worked so hard to develop. (YET! We didn't always have them either...lol.) We were committed to healing ourselves and each other and we were holding space for our collective healing and growth even before Covid. What could be more essentially needed in the undetermined days to come??? As time passes, the emotional toll that this plague is taking will continue to grow. In history, plagues have always been nature's way of uniting us and bringing us together when we have become wayward, lost or disconnected from the value of life and each other. The only way out is through; and although we may not know where we are going and the path may not always be clear, the journey will be easier if we can all walk it together with compassion whenever possible. Being the first person across this finish line will in no way be a victory. In this race the only true win will be when the last person has made it through. So fall back and look for your purpose. Worrying about freedoms of tomorrow while people around us are exposed, sick and dying today (and every day now) is a privilege. It is a clear sign that you and your loved ones are safe now and for that I am genuinely grateful. It is a clear sign that you do not work in a hospital, as a first responder, in a care home, in childcare, in education, in a store, at a gas station, in public service, in our jails, in civil service, in infrastructure, in telecom, in science, in transport or in any other space that requires others to carry the greatest health risks in their everyday circumstance for the sake of us all. I promise that if we ALL do our part to support these essential beings today, they will ALL be happy to stand with us on the other side of this collective suffering to help us fight for everything that will have been lost and that can be reclaimed. And we will never be able to reclaim the lives of loved ones lost, and so life itself needs to become the priority. If you are someone who has the ability to tune into the sensitivity of others, please do so and choose your words accordingly. Not everyone can control their own reactions and narratives which makes it that much more important for the rest of us to take care. We can "be"hold the balance so not all hope is lost. When turning to post on social media, ask yourself... Is this helpful or hurtful NOW? Who is tuning into what I am putting out and how will my words affect them? Is my message a message of fear or love? Are my words better saved for private conversations with people close to my heart and/or mind OR is this safe for the mental health of ALL publicly who are looking to escape and are scrolling online??? Many of us will see the other side of this pandemic and life as we know it now, AND I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO DEFINE OUR BETTER TOMORROWS TOGETHER. I do not know when and I will not pretend to know how, but if you are willing to walk with me I have full faith that we can get there as one. When I say, "LOVE IS GOOD." you say, "ALL THE TIME!"... LOVE IS GOOD. (ALL THE TIME!)

I had a 30 minute mediumship reading today with Tamara that ended up lasting about an hr because I HAD SO MANY family members come through! Tamara gives off suc...h an amazing vibe, its calming and shes authentic. And my son would not stop talking (and I was afraid he wouldnt come through). This was by far the most incredible channeling I have done to date.
