The sun will shine again and eventually we’ll be back in the gym. Let’s be real, this year has been a total shit show for all of us. However, not all of us have been swallowed up by it. A small group of us have found a way to weather the storm, ride the wave (and make new ones), refusing to be consumed by everything going on around us. We did that by finding a community, relying on like-minded people to get us through when things were tough. We’ve worked to give our bodies what they need, movement, sleep, and decent food. We’ve found laughter, love, and play in our day to day (and some times with the help of a few bevies). We’re not special, we don’t have a magic pill, we just believe in trying to be a bit better than yesterday. #onepercentbettereveryday #move #beready #onlineprogram #fitfam

If you see Coach Chase, give him a virtual high five, or give him some love below!!! A 20lbs PR front squat after weeks of squatting 3 times a week with accessory work too(the not so fun stuff!!). Amazing job Coach Chase Blanchette!!!

Hey Crew, Please double check your bookings for Labour Day. We apologize, we did not change the calendar in advance to reflect our morning only hours for this statutory holiday. ... In an effort to allow more bookings WE’VE ADDED 1:00pm CLASS ON MONDAY to make up some of threservation room. If it goes well, this is something we may see each holiday. Updates have been made for the remainder of 2020 so this error does not occur again. See everyone soon!!
