If you've followed my previous post (the condo that’s sold in Lachine) this is the house that my clients bought! Only buyers and real estate broker would understand how hard it is to find a house in Brossard! This house was not only within my clients budget, it was also renovated to their taste and spacious enough for their family! Not all transactions are easy! (I'd say each transaction has its own unique difficulty) This one was very particular, we had multiple offers but we had to choose between the conditions other than the price... because the sellers, my clients didn’t find their house yet. We needed to make sure the buyer was flexible so it would match up the transaction timing, the notary dates and moving dates! So glad everything worked out fine at the end! What’s most important is that my clients are very happy and satisfied!

So nice to see a family all coming together to support my client purchase this beautiful bungalow. It has a huge basement for entertainment, just what my client wanted!
