Thanksgiving....It's hard to believe that Fall is finally here, if it weren't for the changing colours, which I have to admit cheer me up and make me stop to appreciate the beauty that exists all around me, I would think we were back in March with all that is happening. This has been yet another Celebration in which many of us have not enjoyed the company of family and close friends, and it feels awful! With aging parents one is not guaranteed of having many more special mo...ments to celebrate with them, . that's why we need to be thankful and appreciate them EVERY DAY and not just on celebrated occasions. With all the uncertainty we are experiencing, and the NEW RULES that change how we live our lives or how we conduct our business, one thing we should keep in mind is that "without sacrifice there is no victory" and we won't be able to get back to a normal life if we don't ALL do our part. I have to admit I have never been more appreciative of the Food Industry primarily my favourite restaurants, I feel for them and try to support them as much as possible - Take Out although not the same experience it will at least keep them IN BUSINESS. Let's all continue to support our LOCAL BUSINESSES in any way we can and of course continue to show our gratitude to the Front Line Health workers who put their own lives at risk to help save lives. I am THANKFUL to everyone who is in my life; FAMILY, FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES and CLIENTS who have made me to feel supported, which has enabled me to stay sane and healthy and continue to carry on with my business.
